problem saving JPEG pictures

Until three days ago I was able to right click on an image and be able
to save it as a JPEG. Now it will only let me save them as bitmaps or
art. I have emptied my temporary internet files but it still does not
work. Someone please help!

Which ones did you empty?
First option, do a Disk Cleanup, then to make sure, go to Explorer, Docs &
settings, <your user name>, Local Settings, & make sure both Temp &
Temporary Internet Files are empty - if not, delete everything in there.
