Problem rolling back WMP 11 - Need Help, Please.

I don't like the newer version of WMP, but when I try to rollback to
previous version, I am having a problem. After clicking remove in add/remove
programs, it asks me if I want to confirm that I want to rollback, I click
OK and then it goes to the second confirmation window, but there is nothing
to click on
to say OK. It just has the window asking if I am sure I want to continue but
nowhere to say yes. I downloaded the instructions on rolling back from
Microsoft and I followed them but don't understand why my second confirmation
window is missing the confirmation choice box.

Has anyone run into this before? I would appreciate any help. I tried the
media forum but no ideas.

Thanks.

You can uninstall WMP 11 from this location:

"C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallwmp11$\spuninst"
Double-click "spuninst.exe" to start the uninstall process.

You /may/ need to Show hidden files and folders. To enable this feature use
Folder Options located in the Control Panel, click on the View tab and
enable the radio button for "Show hidden files and folders".

Thank you so much. I just tried again and I was able to see just a tip of
the response box with no way to maximize the screen. I was able to do the
rollback, though. It must be something with my monitor settings. Thanks for
responding.
