Problem Publishing Web

When I publish a web that uses the ice theme, the site
publishes fine; but the navigation buttons in the left
shared border don't publish as buttons, just the word
shows up. But on my local version the buttons are fine.
Any idea on what is causing this and how to fix it.

Try doubleclicking in the nav bar area and open style.
