Problem publishing to web server

Using FP 2000 - updated web locally and when attempted to
publish to server get message that a text file on server
does not exist in my local web - whether i choose to
delete or not, a FP error message is displayed: 550
BD21319_.GIFermission Denied. I can't therefore update
web

Any ideas?

If this is part of your server-stat that your host provides, ask your host to convert the folder to
a FP subweb.
