problem printing right side

Hello,

In a microsoft wor document, A5 formate, I got an image as watermark;
all margins as set to 0.

The printing (as the overview) is almost perfect (except the usual
approx 1mm top, botom, left sides
but on the right side I lose more than 10mm!

How to print properly everything?

I would guess that the 10mm is the trailing edge coming out of your printer.
The unprintable area is always greater on that side. You can see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/BottomsDontPrint.htm for some suggested
tricks, but it's really not nice to try to fool your printer.
