problem printing address labels merged from Outlook - not contain.

does anyone have answer - looks fine on the scree but not printed. Seems
distance between bottom of one address and the one below is always constant
therefore not always within the label boundary if not all exactly same number
of lines
 
You must say which program you are using to print and what version. Word?
Outlook? Are you use Mail Merge? You should be using Word to print labels and
Help has lots of info on how to do it. The selection of label sheet
determines the spacing.
