Problem opening .msg files

I typically save my message files in various folders on my server. In the
past I've always been able to double-click these .msg files and they would
open in Outlook. Now all of a sudden they won't open anymore. However, I can
still open them by double-clicking from another user's Outlook. I haven't
gotten any error messages from my Outlook. Any suggestions?
 
Does the file association (Control panel|Folder Options|File Types) for .MSG
files look the same on your machine as it does on the other user's machine?

Google Desktop Search can cause this.
