First try to install an external mouse. If it works, try go to control
panel, system, hardware, device manager and there you should have a
reference to the touch pad as a device. If it exist, take out you external
mouse and boot your machine in safe mode, and see if it works. If not I will
try to get in contact with the manufacturer support and re install the
drivers for your touch pad.
Actually I have USB mouse so I just plug in into laptop, but when I realised
my touch pad still can't move or work.
What you mean "reference to the touch pad as a device" and how to boot my
laptop in safe mode..., but if I don't want to boot in safe mode can or not...
