Problem Logging on/off to a Windows 2003 Server

Hi,

I am using Windows Server 2003 based domain controller. Clients using
Windows XP are running smooth but when Windows Vista user logs on to the
domain it takes a long time. Also when windows vista users try to log off the
"Logging Off..." message appears on the screen until user shuts down the
system by turning off the power.

What could be the cause ?

I've got a similar problem. I've got 1 Windows 2008 DC and 1 2003 R2 DC.
Roaming profiles are stored on a DFS share hosted on both.

I have a Vista laptop configured to use roaming profiles. When I log off or
on and I'm using wireless it takes ages. When using a wired connection it's
fine.

There's nothing special about my wireless access points they're essentially
media convertors encrypted with WPA. I don'thave any other networking issues
with either Vista or XP.
