Problem installing Framework 2.0

Hi all,

i'm having troubles trying to install .net framework 2.0 on a client pc. the
user that is logged on is the domain administrator, but the installation
hangs on the License agreement, the screen is incorrectly showed and the
setup programs is not responding. If i try to install through "run as"
option and i select start as other user entering the username of the domain
administrator all the installation runs properly, but after all, the
applications also hang if i don't start them with the "run as" option...

Can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance.

Are you trying to install via Windows Update, or from a locally stored
manual download?
If the former, try downloading .NET Framework 2.0 manually, then install
from a local drive.

hi,

thanks for your answer.
I downloaded it from microsoft. I have the .Net Framework 2.0
redistributable setup. I tried the .NET Framework 3.0 and i get the same
results.
I also checked file permissions and policies and all is correct.

Thanks
