Problem in Windows 2000 Adavance Server.

Problem I a facing when dial up connection for Internet starts, Message is
pop up saying "Registry is corrupt please clean the registry" and system
shuts down as I click OK on the message box. This message keeps on appearing
which results in system shut down.

I am not understanding what is the cause of the problem.

This is what I have done to resolve this, but problem remains.

Step1 - Format the system completely and load Windows 2000 Advance server.
Installation was completely sucessful.
Step2 -Loaded windows 2000 service pack 4.
Installation was completely sucessful.
Step3- Load Sql server 2000
Installation was completely sucessful.
Step4- Load VS.net 2003
Installation was completely sucessful.
Step5- Load diap up internet connectivity software.
Installation was completely sucessful.

As soon as I start browsing, in few minutes message comes "your registry is
corrupt" and message keeps on comming. As I continue browsing message box
comes for "final shutdown".

If I dont use the Internet, I dont face any problem.

Please help me in this.

You may have missed a step. After step two install before any network or
internet connection;
