Problem in VB.Net 2002

In my .Net 2002 previously I was able to Insert the Tool "Error
Provider"
but Now it is giving me following Error:

The Toolbox Item for "Error Provider couldn't be retrived from the
toolbox. Make sure that assembly that contains the toolbox item is
currently installed. The toolbox item raised the following Error:
Binary Stream doesn't contains a valid BinaryHeader, 0 Possible
Causes, Invalid Streams or Objects Version Change Between
serialization and deserialization.



I couldn't understand what the error is
Please give me solution

Does the error even occur in a blank project? Did you make changes on your
system?
