Excel Problem in saving Excel2007 to 97-2003 format (colored cells dissappear)

Hi Guys,

I was trying to troubleshoot one of our user regarding Msoffice.
the user has currently Excel 2007 format file and when he tries to save it using 97-2003 type format and then whe he opens it the colored cells dissappeared.
take note that the file also contains a sort of macro formulas.

I do really need your assistance on this user currently using MS2007 and compatability pack.

please see attachments for the error.
