I have a large file Excel, which comtains lot of sheets.
Today, the full numbers in the file been changed from none Euro Currency
sign.

Below is an example :
Before : 126310
Now : €126,310.00

Please advise how can i fix for all ?
If i do it manually, it will cost me full day

Select the columns containing the Euro format then select
Format -> Cells -> Number tab and set the format to Number and set the
decimal places to zero in the dialog box.

You could try selecting all the worksheets (Select the first one on the left
then hold the Ctrl key while selecting the rest or hold the Shift key and
select the last sheet.)

Click on the top left of the worksheet (the blank square/rectangle where the
column Id's and row numbers meet) to select all cells then select Number
Format - > General and see if that fixes it. Note it will override all other
formatting also.

Click on any worksheet other than the first one to unselect all worksheets
and select only the one clicked.
