Problem getting Microsoft Outlook to install

Help! I keep getting the following messages everytime I
try to install my Outlook email on my Microsoft Office
package, using Windows 2000 XP Professional operating
system: OMI9.DLL or Dat1.MSI or Winsta.

I had all of these working when I first got my computer
from Dell, as they were factory installed, using Windows
2000 XP Home Edition. However, I installed the XP
Professional software on top of the Home Edition and that
is when my troubles began. Can you help me locate either
a DLL file or a Dat1.MSI file.
