problem facing of local host in microsoft outlook 2003

It always happen with my outlok express of local host appearing in incomming
mail server. when i open outlook and click send/recieve then its shows a
message local host problem.

This is being caused by either an anti-virus or an anti-spam program,
not your mail program.
