Hi,
I am having a tough time downloading/installing my windows updates and/or downloading anything that has to deal with Microsoft. I am not a computer wizard, but I was wondering if someone could walk me through this. Also I do get any errors, because my computer freezes upon installation. The only to get it going again is to turn it off and on, by then everything resets! Please help!
