Problem displaying one or more reminders...

I have a user who has an error message after a few minutes of opening
Outlook 2003.
"there was an error displaying on or more of your reminders, recurrence
information could not be found for this message"

He syncs with a Clie PDA but there is nothing to indicate which message this
error is speaking of.

How do I find out and eliminate the message/task/calendar item?

the switch didn't help.

I logged onto another machine and when I started outlook with that users
profile it did the same thing.

Exchange 2003

I guess I need a server side solution.
