Problem closing windows XP

Is there anyone who can help me solve a very irritating problem when trying
to close down my PC. Whenever I attempt to shut down my computer I get a
message saying "Ending Program...Please wait. It then tries to store some
sort of data called End Program TRSDKd ww C/Program Files/Google/Go..
but it always tells me the program is not responding! Any ideas?

im curious... what do you think "access" means?
i ask because a lot of people wrongly post to this group

Could be people are reading it as "public access".
