Problem Auto Scheduler

I have just downloaded Microsoft Spyware and tried to adjust the scheduler -
it appears that for times from 1300-2400 they automatically get changed to
0100-1200

any suggestions anyone?
 
1) set Windows language setting to English (United States)
2) set your schedule to the desired time
3) reset Windows language setting to your usual setting.

The schedule should work properly--not sure how it will appear in the gui.
