Problem after Renaming field name and table name

Hi everyone,

I have a lots of table that I have to rename its field name and its name.
The problem is: I already developed a lots of forms and query using all those
tables. Is there a way linking all those objects to its table so they will
change automatically after any change to table?

Any clue or help will be very very appreciated.
