Problem after last update

There is a problem with the MSAS program after the last
update, when you try to open MSAS it wants to connect to
the internet (dial up), when you cancel the dial up the
program opens. When connected to the internet it takes
atleast 5 min to open the program.

exact same problem on my computer ,also.when connected to
the internet the program took approx. 2 min. to open.any
ideas?best regards to all those who try and solve these
problems.

Thanks for your info! I'd also noticed that MSAS was
making use of my ADSL-modem before opening and was
transmitting and recieving lots of data.(MSAS takes now
approx 30-60 seconds to open, is "long", it was faster
before update 5719). Only....WHAT is MSAS sending and
transmitting! Can Microsoft(MSAS dept.)give us a clue ?!

I had the same problem, but it seems to have righted
itself now. All is working as it was before the last
update.
