probablem with insallation in windows vista

insallation operation failed: the windows installer service could not be
accessed this can occur if the windows installer is not correctly
installed.contact your support personnel for assistance
 
Would you post what version of Vista, upgrade or full version, and HOW you
are trying to install it?
