Prob with XP Registry

Hi, if I
right click on program files, and if the sequence doesnt start with Open,
how do you change
it.
I have the theory but dont know the last command.
start/control panel/folder options/file types/file
folder/advanced/new/action/open
the last command is for "Application used to perform action.
There is a browse option to windows system32 but dont know whaty
to use.

Really would appreciate some help.

Thanks, have just found it, you browse within windows system32 and use
the explore command in the what application used to perform action.
