Prob trying to shrink & e-mail pics

I am following the procedure to use XP to shrink and e-mail pictures and
have encountered a step which is not addressed in the prodecure. After I
indicate to make all pictures smaller I get an unexpected window requesting
me to "Choose Profile". This appears to be from MS-Outlook which I do not
use (I use OE6) and did not install (I only installed and use Word and Excel
from MS-Office97). Can someone help me to analyze and correct this problem?

Go to Start | Run and type this command, with the double quotes and spaces:

"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /reg

and then make sure that OE is selected as the default mail program in both
IE and OE.
