Finnally I saw your link.
I've already used regsvr32 directly and I got the same error. Also I've used
DEPENDS and my dll seem to be all of them correct!
Please, any other help!?

Which error message occurs while using regsvr32 directly?

And what's difference of your ATL DLL project to a default ATL DLL project?
