{PRIVATE} shows up in a printed document. Why?

{PRIVATE} shows up in a printed document. It does not show up when the
document is on the screen, only in "print preview" or when I print out the
document.

A copuple of weeks ago, I found a way to alter the document so this wouldn't
happen but I forgot how to do it and cannot find the link in "Help"
 
You wouldn't see this in Print Preview, nor would it print, if you didn't
have "field codes" checked on the Print tab of Tools | Options. But note
that, unless you need to roundtrip this document back to WordPerfect (which
is the source of the field), you can just delete the field.
