Private Entries

Hi,

Used to store all data in palm desktop and then shifted to outlook. But in
palm, I could have private entries which could only be viewed by typing in a
password. Is there a comparable feature in Outlook 2003? How do I store
information I do not want anyone to be able to see (if they were to open my
computer and when I sync Outlook to my mobile)?

Thanks!

You can password protect your Outlook data file, the personal folders >
properties > advanced

Another approach is to password-protect your computer.
