private child support agreement?

my husband and I have separated and have not yet decided to divorce or
legally separate but have agreed upon a monthy amount for child support until
we have decided what if any legal action to take but we would like to put it
in writting until we have a court decide otherwise.......any suggestions as
to the wording of this document?
