I cannot hide my tasks, even though they are all marked private in the appropriate box. When the second user of this computer opens Outlook, my private task list appears on her screen. Can anyone help? Thx.
The Private designation really has no effect unless you are connected to an
Exchange server and other Exchange users are accessing your data. Can you
give a little bit more information on your Outlook version and the method by
which you share your computer/Outlook with the other person (e.g. do you log
into the same Windows profile or not, do you have separate Outlook profiles
under the same Windows profile, etc.)?
