Private Appointments/Global settings

Is there a way to configure Outlook XP so that ALL calendar appointments are marked as Private? When scheduling an appointment, it is now possible to move the mouse over the "busy" time, and see the details of the appointment. Is there a way to change the settings globally so when scheduling appointments, the unavailable times show as BUSY, but with no details?

You can replace the default appointment form with one with the Private box
checked by default.
