PRISMSRV.exe error

I am presently using a Dell Inspiron 1150 w/Windows 2000 as my OS...I was
having problems with my wireless network card. While I was trying to correct
the problem a program error window popped up with PRISMSRV.exe has generated
some errors and you will need to restart the program. I have restarted my
computer several times, plus ran disk cleanup and disk defragmenter to see if
that would clear up my problem, but it did not. I am using a 2Wire PCMCIA
802.11g Wireless NIC to connect to my home and work network systems. Part of
my problem before this error code came on is when I leave the computer for a
while and come back to it after went into the sleep mode, I have problems
reconnecting.

If anyone has any suggestions to solve this problem, any assistance would be
greatly be appreciated.

Would removing and re-installing that file help, or do I need to use the
W2000 CD?
