Prioritizing Startup Applications loading

Hi...
I have some application programs which start with windows, viz. TClcock,
Intel Active Monitor, MSN Messenger, Norton AV, Zone Alarm, etc.
I think I had read somewhere that the smaller programs should load
first...(Is it correct??)
.....and how to set their loading order??
