Printout looks different than screen - Excel 2007

My spreadsheet printout looks fine onscreen, but when I print the file, some
of the text is crowded by the table cell lines in the bottom of some of the
cells. How do I get the printed version to match the onscreen version? I've
tried various printers. Thanks.
 
Try Print Preview before printing...
Adjust margins, pagebreak etc there as per your preferences.

If this does not work then pPl. send the file to (e-mail address removed)...
