conditional formatting and printing

Excel 2007 spreadsheet is using conditional formatting to change the
background of cells dynamically. The print preview nor the printout shows
the cells with the background. Different printers have been tried with the
same results.

Are you able to see the colors if you fill the colors in cells without using
Conditional Formatting?

You should be able to see in print preview similar to what you see on
screen...

Make sure that 'Black & White' option in Page Setup->Sheet is not selected.

The background colors di not show up in print preview.
I have checked the Page setup, Sheet and the Black and white box is NOT
checked
If I change the background manually instead of having the conditional
formatting change the background, the colored background appears in both
print preview and printout.
