Assume you have data ranges on Sheet 1 and sheet 2 you want to print
together and a blank sheet, Sheet 3.
name both your data ranges on sheets 1 & 2 by selecting them and
insert|name|define.
Highlight range 1 again and press ALT+Shift and tap E then tap C
A window appears, accept the default as shown on screen on press OK
Navigate to the sheet where it will print and paste it in with CTRL+V
Drag and size it to put it precisely where you want
Repeat this for the second data range
Now you mist link each object to the original data so it will change when
updated so select the object and type = and then enter the name you defined
for it in the formula bar and press the tick. Do this for all objects and
your done.
If you use the camera tool to take a picture of the ranges and paste the
pictures on a new sheet you will find that the ranges will update as the
original is changed.
No need for the linking formulas.
