Printing

After I enter information in Microsoft Access, such as customer name,
address, date of sale/price and sales person who sold to them, how would I
pull this information back up as well as other sales persons customers to
print on one sheet of paper so I am not wasting paper. I know that this may
not make sense, but if you think that you would be able to help me I would
really appreciate an email or response. I will explain in greater detail.
