PRINTING WORD DOCUMENT WITH EMBEDDED EXCELL SHEET

I have just changed to Vista and have word 2003. When i print or preview for
printing embedded excell and other templated information shows a a short
refence link and does not print ( cyurrent printer HP officejet 4110) . i am
at a lose or have a got a setting wrong. It did work for a short time so has
an update chnaged things?

In Word, click on Tools | Options | Print tab | uncheck the "Field
codes" box | OK.

great that appears to have worked. I assume that i suffer from Fat Finger
Syndrom
