Printing with a VB script loses orientation

I hope someone can help. We use Access 2000 to print twice a day after our
application writes record to the Access database. There are a series of
reports printed based on the type of record written. Several reports have
been losing their orientation not to mention their form type and duplexing.
This is almost a daily event now and it's driving us crazy. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

The orignal release of Access 2000 had this bug but it was fixed in the
SR-1a (Service Release-1a from Microsoft Web site).

You need to apply the SR-1a (and preferably, all available SRs / Service
Patches) for your Access software (and also Windows OS).

I was hoping it was that simple but we are on SP3. I assume it has SP1a
installed as well.
