Printing Weekly View starting with Sunday

I know how to change the view so that the work week starts with Sunday. I
just can't figure out how to PRINT with this view. The printing styles don't
seem to allow control of this option.
 
Ensure you have checked all 7 days under the Calendar Work Week.
