Printing to Paperport

Has anyone figured out how a remote user can access the Paperport Printer?

The Paperport application itself runs just fine, however trying to print
something to the paperport printer gives an error the printer is not
available. Scansoft's support had no clue about what Terminal Services even
was and basically told me I can't share a Paperport printer on a server.
They even went as far as to say you could not use PcAnywhere to log into a
remote PC with Paperport either.

Anyone have any ideas?

Just as a test, could you tell other programs to just to
print to LPT1, and then map the lpt1 port to the paperport
printer?

You could share the PaperPort printer, then use a net use
command to map lpt1 to it.

We have another APP that uses the Black Ice drivers for our fax application.
Paperport uses the BlackIce drivers also, but the fax app has a seperate
printer driver for the TS environment. Apparently Scansoft does not have
this TS driver for their products.
