Printing specific pages???

I am using Outlook 2002, when you open a long email...can
you specify to print just the first few pages? I have a
couple of emails that are 20-30 pages and just hate to
print the whole document when I just need the first 3 or
4 pages.

Thanks for any and all replies......

Sure, when you go to print and the printer box comes up, depending on your
printer, but on my HP's the first page lower left has the option to print
all pages (Default) or you can select a range (Page 1-3) or list what pages
(2,3,5 etc)

Thanks for the reply. I get this print box to come up
when the message is recieved in HTML format from the
sender same as you. However, I get a different print box
when I open an email message in plain text. This sounds
funny, but I have verified that this is not something
special on my machine. I have looked at 4 other machines
on our network and they all act the same way with Outlook
2002.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

What about selecting Printer preferences ? Do you get the option then with
Plan Text ? I had not noticed the difference in HTML vs. Text.

The printing menus are entirely different when printing
HTML and Plain text. The HTML menu lets you do all the
wonderfull things that word allows....such as selecting
what page to print. When you print plain text, it just
doenst offer that many options. It does offer if you
would like to print odd or even...but not a specific
page. The print menu is entirely different. It doesnt
matter what printer you are using either. I have about 9
different network printers I can set as my default, some
small deskkets, others the larger 4000 series printer.

I am still not sure how to fix it.
