You can use this trick if WordMail is your editor: Forward the message,
select the text, then use File | Print. You'll be using Word's print engine,
not Outlook's at that stage.
If it's an HTML-format message, open it, select, then use File | Print. In
this case, you're using IE's print engine.
Just one thing, when I tried your suggestion of forwarding the message and
printing from Word, I find it prints outside the margins of what my printer
will print and I have no option under page setup to change it since that is
grayed out. Can I do something about this?
I can't duplicate the problem here. Does switching to View | Print Layout
give you the control you need -- maybe changing the margins for the selected
text?

I have no answer. I am using a LaserJet 2300 printer and do not know why it
will not print inside the proper margins. Wish I could find a solution
though.
