Printing reveal codes

I was asked if there was a way to print the document showing all the codes in
place. If you have Reveal formatting turned on and you see all the paragraph
an space holder codes on the screen, how can I get it to print what is on the
screen with out doing a print screen?

I think they want to show it as an example for training purposes.

These are non-printing characters and so I know of no way to print them
unless you use Print Screen or some third party software. I use Snagit.

You'd need to fake it: replace every space with a center-dot character;
replace paragraphs with [pilcrow][paragraph], etc. Off-hand, can't think of
a way to do tabs.

As others have indicated you can't do this. The only way is to use an
application that provides a printer driver that produces a graphical
representation of the document as it appears on screen. SnagIt as suggested
by Carol is one such product. It will produce the document as individual
complete pages in just about any graphics format you care to name, or you
can use extracts as shown in the many examples on my web site. It also has a
handy graphics editor which will allow you to (e.g.) annotate those
examples. There is a trial available - www.techsmith.com
