Printing Reports on a Network

I have a networked Access database. For some reason, the
report printing defaults (Margins) seem to randomly
ovewright themselves and my printouts come out on
multiple pages. Is there anyway to dictate margins, page
layout, and other print settings so they are constant
over the network?

Your description didn't mention whether you are printing to more than one
printer "over the network". If so, each printer could have somewhat
different margin/page constraints.

Is there a chance you're working in Access 2000? And haven't applied the
most recent updates? There was a known bug that messed with report
definitions -- a work-around was to uncheck the Track Name Autocorrect in
the Options.

Good luck
