Printing Reports based on a Schedule.

Hello thanks for the help in advance.

I was wondering if anyone has any Ideas how to print access reports based on a schedule?.

We have a shipping system that works on SQL 2000. We make reports in access and I would like to send the customer a Delivery date Change report when the delivery date changes. I know how to create the query to get what I want to print. But having the reports prints at the end of the day is where I am lost.

Any suggestons would be appreciated.

You can use a SQL Server job or Windows scheduled task launch Access and run
a macro which runs a function which prints
and emails the reports to the customer.

Using our Batch Reporting Module is a good way to implement this very
quickly.

Send me an email using the support email on our web site with detailed
questions is you need further assitance.
