Printing report wrong

I have formatted a report to print envelopes. The first time I open the
report, it says it is out of margin. When I view this one, it puts two labels
on a letter size paper. If I close this, and reopen, it shows fine. As long
as I am still in the database, it will keep showing the envelopes. As soon as
I close and reopen, the first report goes back to letter size. Is there a way
to resolve this?

There was a known problem of losing some formatting, in Access 2000, but as
I recall it was solved by one of the Service Packs. Check the Knowledge
Base at http://support.microsoft.com to see if you find anything applicable
to your version of Access.
