printing question

Hello
Can anyone help me wity a problem.

I have a page and a half of information to be printed.


I need to print the full first page, but on the second page i would like to
Start printing half way down the paper. So a margin affecting the whole
worksheet would affect both pages the same, i need some kind of spacer On
the second page that doesn't move while my data moves. (rows of data being
deleted).
 
Insert 28 blank rows below the first page?

Include them in the Print Range.
