1. Have you checked the ink cartridges?
2. Has the printer been standing still for along time,it's
possible that the ink around the jets has dried.
3. If that is the case, remove the cartridges and place on
a very damp tissue for a while, this will help to
soften the ink.
4. Remember too when replacing the cartridges to run the
alignment program.
