Hi, first of all let me give a little backround to the problem I am
having. I manage windows 2000 AD network with over 400 workstations
all running WinXP. I have several HP laserjet printers, connected to a
Windows 2000 print server, distributed throughout our site. We just
purchased 2 new HP Color Laserjet 4600n's about 6 month's ago.
Everything is working fine except one user cannot print to either one,
not even a test page. This is not a problem with the local computer.
The user cannot print to the 4600's from any workstation! Needless to
say this user is a very important person! We have tried everything
including: deleting, rebooting and reinstalling the printer;
reinstalling the printer on the server with a different name and ip;
having other users print from the users workstation, etc. Also the
user CAN print to any other model printer on our network.Help!
